Educational programs of Institute of Management involve a high level of teaching, high-quality analysis of practical cases for the development of personal and professional skills, as well as a rich social life of students.
The Institute has established close cooperation with Mohammed bin Rashid School of Management (UAE), Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (Finland), Masaryk University (Czech Republic), DBB Academy (Germany), The double-degree education program operates with Mohammed bin Rashid School of Management (UAE), Sinyaoka University of Applied Research (Finland).
The Institute has experience in training civil servants from Afghanistan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and the Maldives.
Graduates of the Institute are competitive and continue their careers in the public, quasi-public and private sectors.
The Institute was established in 2005 and has produced about 1,700 graduates.
The Institute of Management prepares effective leaders of a new formation for the implementation of state reforms in order to improve the welfare of the country and people according to the following programs:
Master’s degree:

· “Economics”, 2 years;
· “Regional development”, 1 year;
· “Regional development”, 1 year (according to the modular principle of education);
· “Human Resource Management”, 1 year
Doctorate:
· “Public Administration”, 3 years;
· “Economics”, 3 years.
