Qualification Requirements:
| Position | Education | Required Professional Experience |
Associate Professor (1 unit) | – Holding an academic degree: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or a doctorate in the relevant field. – Preferably possessing an academic title such as Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor. | – Work experience in the civil service or state-owned enterprises is desirable. |
Assistant (4 units) | Possession of a Master’s degree in a scientific and pedagogical field. | – Work experience in higher education institutions and/or postgraduate education for at least 1 year. – Work experience in the civil service or state-owned enterprises is desirable. |
Professional proficiency in the state language and Russian is required. Proficiency in English is preferable.
Required Documents for Participation in the Competition:
- An application addressed to the Rector of the Academy;
- A personal sheet or resume in the specified format;
- Copies of higher education diplomas, academic and scientific degrees, and documents verifying academic titles. Originals must be provided for verification;
- A project presentation on the discipline, consisting of no more than 10 slides, structured as follows:
- Name and description of the discipline within the educational program.
- Objectives, aims, and anticipated learning outcomes.
- Teaching methods and tools for the discipline.
- Bibliography with concise annotations for each source
Participants in the competition have the right to submit additional information along with supporting documents regarding their education, work experience, qualifications, etc.
Documents for the competition will be accepted from December 25, 2024, to January 8, 2025.

Language Skills: Professional Proficiency in the State language, Russian, and preferably in English.
