Qualification Requirements:

Senior Lecturer | – Possession of a Master’s degree in a scientific and pedagogical field or a specialist diploma. | – At least 3 years of experience in the academic and teaching field; – Work experience in public service or quasi-public enterprises; – Leading expert in the relevant field or a lecturer with experience in teaching master’s and/or doctoral programs in higher education institutions or training civil servants. |
Language Skills: Professional Proficiency in the State language, Russian, and preferably in English.

- A personal sheet or resume in the specified format.
- Copies of higher education diplomas, academic and scientific degrees, along with documents verifying academic titles. Originals must be provided for verification.
- A presentation in the form of a project on the discipline, comprising no more than 10 slides, structured as follows:
- Name and description of the discipline within the educational program.
- Objectives, aims, and anticipated learning outcomes.
- Teaching methods and tools for the discipline.
- Bibliography with concise annotations for each source.
Participants in the competition have the right to provide additional information along with supporting documents regarding their education, work experience, qualifications, etc.

Professional proficiency in the state language and Russian is required. Proficiency in English is preferable.
