Understands the basic categories in human resource management, knows the roles, responsibilities, obligations, and accountability in the field, and can align human resource management with organizational needs. Ready to participate in the processes of recruiting staff, forming talent pools, and preparing and onboarding new employees. Able to determine and plan costs for recruitment.
Requirements:
-work experience in the field of human resource management (HR management) is not required;
-availability of higher education;
-availability of documents confirming the completion of training (certificates, etc.) for at least 40 academic hours in human resource management (at the rate of 1 academic hour is 40 minutes) in human resource management based on the National standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan ISO)
Exam: testing (60 questions), 80 minutes

Characteristic: Knows and is able to put into practice the requirements of national standards and legislation in the field of human resource management. Can carry out workforce planning to implement the organization’s long-term strategy.
Requirements:
— at least one year of practical experience in this field;
— availability of higher education;
— availability of a Level I certificate (Professional level);
— availability of documents confirming the completion of training (certificates, etc.) for at least 24 academic hours in human resource management based on the standard ST RK ISO 30409-2018 “Human resource management. Workforce planning”, or those who have graduated (attended) a course on strategic human resource management in an organization in a higher educational institution in the amount of at least 2 (two) credits or in other accredited educational organizations.
Exam: Essay (60 minutes), interview (no more than 40 minutes)
Passing score: 70% at the same time, the minimum threshold for successful completion of each of the stages should be at least 60%.

Confirmation of qualifications: every 3 years
Characteristic: Characterizes a high level of competencies required for teaching and providing expert/methodological assistance in the field of human resource management within an organization, as well as a strong knowledge of all Level 1 and Level 2 standards.
Requirements:
— the experience of practical activity in this field for more than three years or the experience of teaching in this field for at least 200 academic hours (at the rate of 1 academic hour is 40 minutes).
— availability of a Level I and II certificates (“Professional level” and “Strategic level”) and documents confirming training (certificates, etc.) (in the amount of at least 16 academic hours) teaching methodologies and basic approaches to providing expert/methodological assistance in the field of human resource management,
or the availability of documents confirming the completion of comprehensive training (certificates, etc.) in the amount of at least 80 academic hours based on the national standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan ISO.
-availability of a video recording of the candidate conducting a trial presentation session on one of the National Standards in the field of human resource management, lasting 8-10 minutes
Exam: Comprehensive exam (testing, essay, interview)
Passing score: 70 % at the same time, the minimum threshold for successful completion of each of the stages should be at least 60%
