Civil servants at all levels, including political servants, A Corps, quasi-public sector representatives, civil servants, SCCR reservists, civil servants from near abroad.

Programs are designed according to the individual needs of the participants. We analyze your needs, and based on the analysis we suggest the optimal duration and content of the program.

We focus on interactive and practical learning through group work, discussions, scenario-based learning, case studies, and through the involvement of experienced practitioners, trainers and guest speakers.

We encourage participants during the training to solve problems affecting their own organizations and to apply practical changes to their work after the training. A post-training follow-up service is available upon request.

We also carefully analyze feedback from participants and work with customers to improve the program.
