Qualitative assessment of the competencies of 550 potential applicants for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

2020

Assessment of competencies by the Assessment center method of students of the Academy for the implementation of a competency-based approach in teaching. Based on the results obtained, the educational programs and educational trajectories of civil servants in training was adjusted.

Assessment Center for employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on the results obtained, a special advanced training program for assessed employees was formed.

Assessment Center for leaders of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of advanced training at the Institute for Professional Development.
