-at the expense of state educational order, persons who, at the time of filing documents, are civil servants with at least three years of public service experience are allowed;
-at the expense of other sources of financing not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, persons with at least three years of general experience at the time of filing documents are allowed;
Features and benefits of the program:
1) result-oriented training and research, through the analysis and solution of specific management problems of central state and local executive bodies using active training methods;
2) implementation of research work (dissertation) focused on solving urgent problems of the foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, under the scientific guidance of recognized international experts and experienced practitioners;
3) development of research potential – study of research methods and design, passing research practice;
4) involvement in lectures/workshops of invited specialists on topical issues of international relations and foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participation in international forums and conferences;
5) trilingual education: Kazakh, Russian, English;
The partner for the implementation of the program is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Foreign partners: the Vienna Diplomatic Academy (the Diplomatische Akademie Wien – Vienna School of International Studies); the Emirates Diplomatic Academy (the Emirates Diplomatic Academy) and other leading diplomatic schools.
