ST RK ISO 21502-2022

National standard ST RK ISO 21502-2022 «Guidance on project management»:

Personnel certification establishes the compliance of personnel’s qualitative characteristics (education, level of professional competence) with the requirements of national (international) standards, thereby determining their capabilities and carrying out specific actions in the field of project management.

Description:

Capable of applying knowledge in project management and can be involved in a project as a team member, but their overall knowledge is not sufficient for handling more complex tasks.

Requirements:

– employees who have experience working on the project team or a member of the project management staff;

– higher or post-secondary or technical and vocational education;

– work experience in the field of project management for at least 1 year;

– documents confirming at least 40 hours of project management training or 2 university credits (certificates, transcripts).

Exam: testing (60 questions), 2 academic hours.

Passing score: 42 correct answers (70%).

Fee: 58,000 tenge with VAT.

Confirmation of qualifications: every 3 years.

Description: Capable of managing a program, not just a single project, using the appropriate resources, methodology, and tools, which are the subject of certification.

Requirements:

– middle and senior managers involved in project and program management;

– practical experience in the field of projects for at least 2 years;

– Level I «Project Manager» Certificate

Exam: Essay (500 words), 1.5 academic hours.

Passing score: the threshold for passing the exam is 70% of the assessment of the examination board in accordance with the approved criteria.

Fee: 45,000 tenge with VAT.

Confirmation of qualifications: every 3 years.

Description: Capable of managing a program, not just a single project, using the appropriate resources, methodology, and tools, which are the subject of certification.

Description:

Characterizes a high level of project competencies in a specialist, necessary for teaching and providing expert/methodological support to project teams in project management.

Requirements:

– specialists with experience in the development and implementation of project management methodology and guidelines;

– experience of practical activity in the field of projects for more than 3 years or experience of pedagogical activity in project management for at least 200 academic hours;

– Certificate for levels I, II and III (project, program and portfolio manager) according to the standards of ST RK ISO 21500, ST RK ISO 21503, ST RK ISO 21504, ST RK or at least 80 academic hours in project management (equal to 40 minutes at the rate of 1 academic hour) according to the standards of ST RK ISO ISO 21505, ST RK/The certificate of completion of comprehensive training TR 21506, ST RK ISO 21502.

Exam: comprehensive exam (testing 60 questions, 500-word essay, 10-question interview), 4.5 academic hours.

Passing score: the threshold for exam success is 70%, while the minimum threshold for successful completion of each stage should be at least 60%.

Fee: 143,000 tenge with VAT.

Confirmation of qualifications: every 3 years.
