The Institute of Management (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) is a structural unit of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Academy). It trains specialists through Master’s and PhD degree programs.

Our vision is to be a highly professional team that contributes to achieving the strategic goals of the state.
The aim of the Institute is to support the strategic goals of the state by applying advanced teaching methods and technologies in the training of competitive specialists.
The objectives and functions of the Institute include training highly qualified personnel through educational programs aligned with the Institute’s focus areas and the current and future needs of public administration. This also involves enhancing the research potential of the Institute’s staff and fostering cooperation with leading Kazakhstani and international educational and research institutions.
In accordance with the assigned tasks, the Institute performs the following functions:
-Participating in the organization of applicant selection for admission to the Academy;
-Organizing the educational process for Master’s and PhD programs;
-Introducing interactive and innovative teaching technologies into the learning process;
-Conducting applied research in collaboration with domestic and international organizations;
-Developing partnerships with government agencies and higher education institutions in Kazakhstan and abroad.
