For the mayor of region, what is the main three important characters of human being? Berdibek Saparbayev answered to these question in the meeting with the listeners of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe region.
Hard work, humanity, non-stop education. “That three characters”, “I am looking for from each civil servants” said mayor of the region. As for the non-stop education, some professionals were attended in the meeting in order to expand their knowledge despite of the fact that they were graduated from higher education institution.
It was not simple meeting, we can say that mayor of the region read a interactive lecture to civil servants.
By the topic “improving of human capital”, Berdibek Saparbayev said “the main important purpose is to improve the people’s life. People have to feel the good changes by themself”. Mayor of the region summed up that “The future of the high economically developed region is in the hand of hard working, responsible people”.
Also, Akhmetov Altair Amangeldievich, vice-rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was attended in the meeting which was conducted on September 26. Guest from Astana informed about the project “Digital Academy” that has been realizing at the Academy.
At the end of perspective meeting, the project “ambassadors of change” was presented. Mayors of rural district took their chance to present their projects.
