The sequence of actions (procedures) for certification of personnel includes:
- the submission of an application and a set of documents for certification to the Center
- the examination of the applicant’s documents, decision-making on the completeness and sufficiency of the materials submitted (including the analysis of the compliance of staff with the established requirements) with sending the appropriate notice to the applicant
- the conclusion with the applicant of the contract for the performance of work on certification and issuance of an invoice for payment of certification costs
- the payment by the applicant of certification services
- sending a notice (in person, by phone or e-mail) of the deadline for the certification
- conducting qualification examinations
- the evaluation of the results of the qualifying examinations
- decision-making on the possibility (or refusal) of assigning the candidate the appropriate qualification level on the basis of the presented set of documents and the results of examinations
- registration, registration and issuance of a certificate with a positive decision on certification, or notification of a refusal of certification with a negative decision.

– Copy of the candidate’s certificate of higher education
– Certificate of experience in practical activities in the field of projects (download)
– Copies of candidate’s documents for certification of advanced training, training in project management (certificates) or transcript about the course of project management
* The conclusion of the contract for the provision of certification services and payment for certification is carried out by the applicant after verification and its compliance with the established requirements prior to the exam.
