The fourth selection for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, which began on June 1 of this year, demonstrates strong interest from young professionals across the country.
Within a month, 31,859 people registered on the official project website pkrezerv.gov.kz, of which 7,436 candidates were admitted to further participation in the selection.
Candidate Profile
The average age of the candidates is 31 years, with an average work experience of 8.9 years. At the same time, 34.2% of the candidates have managerial experience.
The geography of participants covers all regions of the country. The largest number of applications came from Astana (1,840 or 24.8%), Turkestan region (553 or 7.4%), Almaty (490 or 6.6%), as well as Kyzylorda (420 or 5.7%) and Zhambyl (402 or 5.4%) regions.
Candidates represent various professional fields, including public service (4,147 or 55.8%) and other industries (3,289 or 44.2%).
Among the candidates, 4,741 have a bachelor’s degree, 2,550 hold a master’s degree, and 145 have a doctoral degree.
There are also graduates of foreign universities (863), recipients of the Bolashak scholarship (306), and graduates of the Academy of Public Administration under the President (238).
Candidates admitted to further participation in the selection must register for the next stage – the test “Assessment of the Ability to Work with Textual Information” – no later than 23:59 on July 15, 2025.
Registration opens upon receipt of a notification confirming acceptance of the application.
Participants will need to select the time for taking the test from the available options in their personal account on the official project website pkrezerv.gov.kz.
