The Institute provides technical support services for testing procedures in the following areas:
Registration for testing of candidates entering administrative civil service and citizens entering law enforcement service for the first time is carried out through the electronic government portal www.egov.kz.
To register for testing, a candidate needs to:
1. Go to the egov.kz portal and select the «Employment and occupation» – «Civil service» section.
2. Select the service «Testing of civil servants, candidates for vacant administrative government positions and citizens entering law enforcement service for the first time».
Next, the candidate needs to:
- select the program category;
- select the date and time for testing;
- accept the conditions «I accept the conditions of legal responsibility»;
- complete registration by clicking the «Send» button.
If you passed the testing on knowledge of regulatory legal acts but did not pass the second stage of testing «Assessment of personal
qualities», you need to register only for the second stage. For registration, you need to go to www.egov.kz portal in the «Employment and occupation» – «Civil service» section and select the service «Registration for testing for assessment of personal qualities».
Testing of lecturers of training centers and expert auditors of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CTRM) is conducted.
The testing is carried out on a fee-based basis, with a cost of 7,725 KZT for one (1) testing attempt per one (1) candidate.
Testing of financial monitoring subjects on knowledge of regulatory legal acts on counteracting the legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime and the financing of terrorism (Financial Monitoring Agency, AML/CFT).
The testing is carried out on a fee-based basis, with a cost of 7725 KZT for one (1) testing attempt per one (1) candidate.
Testing for candidates for vacant positions at NAO «Government Corporation for Citizens»
Testing of NAO “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’” is conducted on a fee-based basis. The cost of testing is 7,517 KZT for one testing attempt per candidate.
