Participation in research projects/grants:
Practical experience in planning, conducting and processing of statistical studies among the population, as well as modeling of socio-economic processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan. He let the successful international and republican projects.
Grant “3D – eco-information for youth 2001-2002 (3D – Reliability Accessibility Efficiency). Under the program “Peripherals” ISAR USAID. The project was aimed at disseminating information and activities of Karaganda NGOs, as well as objectively informing the population and young people about the pros and cons of the plan to import and dispose of nuclear waste in Kazakhstan through mobile exhibitions.
Information on holding exhibitions of round tables on the project was covered by regional media. More information can be obtained from the presentation of the project (nuclear waste.ppt)
Grant 2005-2006: Economics Education and Research Consortium – Russia & CIS. Scientific analytical project “On the affordability of housing budget workers of the city of Karaganda”. The analysis was carried out on the basis of a selective survey of budget workers of the city of Karaganda, (empirical data), data on state and commercial housing programs. This project was selected and presented to program donors at an international conference in Bishkek in 2006. Published analytical report on the project.
Work on the order of PPP – 2009. Compilation of the financial model for the construction of gardens, with the development of the feasibility study in 2009. Karaganda Public-Private Partnership Center.
Work on the order of the Committee of Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan –2016. He is one of the developers of the current methodology of the current map for predicting social tensions and labor conflicts. The work included surveys, modeling, implementation and testing.
2016-2017 development of an econometric model of the shadow economy in, based on empirical Kazakhstan data, in the framework of the Academy project funded by the MES RK on the shadow economy.
From 2014-2016, he was involved as an independent expert for the examination and monitoring of projects of the National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise JSC.
Publications:
He is the author of 30 works on modeling and applied economics and mathematics in international and republican scientific journals, including 4 articles in journals with high impact factor Thomson Reuters.
For example, in the work “Dynamic model of Management of pension assets of accumulative pension funds of the Republic of Kazakhstan. // Vestnik KarSU: Ser. Economics, 2007, №1; C.4-11 ”proposed an algorithm for managing pension funds that allows for computer implementation.
In the work of the Inverse boundary problems for intermediate springs on a rod with a geometrical symmetry, Electron. J. Differential Equations, Vol. 2017 (2017), No. 33, pp. 1-10. http://ejde.math.txstate.edu/ proposed a mathematical model of the device for non-destructive testing. (TR, category A journal, impact factor 0.68, Q1).
