In the period from 12th to 14th September, 2017 in Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is held a upgrading qualification seminar on topic “Development technologies of administrative decisions”.
The seminar purpose is development of practical skills and competences on development, adoption and implementation of managerial decisions.
Practical aspects of development, analysis and implementation of management decisions, compilation of analytical documents with proposed recommendations for solving problems will be discussed at the seminar.
The participants of the seminar will be acquainted with the principles and stages of the development of management decisions, their analysis and involvement of stakeholders in the process of developing and implementing management decisions, rules and tools that are used in formulating the problem for which the management decision is directed, setting goals, criteria , alternative solutions, the choice of the optimal option, master the skills of analysis, forecasting and evaluation of proposed implementation options administratively s decisions and justification of the choice of the optimal option, as well as master the skills of compiling analytical documents (policy memo, policy brief, policy paper) with recommendations for the implementation of a certain state solution aimed at solving the problem.
