Who is the program for?
For senior management of central executive bodies (including local authorities and territorial divisions of the central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan) of four countries – the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Program Benefits include:

- practice-oriented approach and teaching methods;
- an interdisciplinary approach that provides the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in related fields;
- in-depth study of regional leadership issues;
- internships in government bodies of Kazakhstan and partner countries;
- Master’s project research, focused on solving actual issues of the development of regional policies of partner countries.
Partners in the implementation of the Program: Hanns Seidel Foundation (Germany), Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and partner countries.
