Who is the program for?
The target audience of this program are civil servants with experience in leading political and administrative positions in government and quasi-public sector.
The program is developed taking into account international best practices and is aimed at training highly qualified leaders with leadership competencies, analytical and strategic thinking, and effective communication and decision-making skills.
Training is provided through other sources of funding.
Program advantages:
-Flexible study mode which allows to combine study and work;
-Expansion of professional and expert networking in the process of academic study;
-Constant online support by program supervisors and faculty members throughout the study period;
-Internship at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, USA on a self-funding basis or alternative sources of funding;
-The possibility of introducing ideas on the development of public administration in practice.
