ELS “University Library Online” is an electronic library that provides access to higher and secondary educational institutions, public libraries and corporate users to the most in—demand materials of educational and scientific literature in all fields of knowledge from leading Russian publishers. The resource contains textbooks, manuals, monographs, periodicals, reference books, dictionaries, encyclopedias, video and audio materials, illustrated art publications, non-fiction literature, and fiction. The catalog of publications is systematically updated with new relevant literature and currently contains almost 100 thousand titles.

It publishes research in economics, political science, management, international relations, and social sciences, making academic knowledge freely available to the global research community.

EBSCO is a leading global provider of databases, e-books, journals, digital archives, and effective search tools for accessing scientific content online. EBSCO’s resources include more than 400 research, policy, and thematic databases for various user groups, including both full-text databases that allow you to familiarize yourself with the entire publication, and abstracts that are important for finding scientific information. Political Science Complete is a full-text database on politics and political science, including 750 full-text journals, 250 of which are indexed in Web of Science/Scopus. In addition to journals, the database contains conference materials, books and reference books, more than 500 country reports, government documents and analytical reports, and bibliographic records. Business Source Complete is one of the largest full-text databases on business and economics, containing about 1,300 full-text peer-reviewed journals without an embargo, of which more than 1,000 journals are indexed in Web of Science/Scopus. The specifics of the database’s subject matter determine the inclusion of other types of documents in it, in addition to journals, such as company profiles, reports on countries, economic sectors and individual market segments, SWOT (analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of objects), cases, books, and others.

Elsevier’s leading peer-reviewed scientific literature platform. ScienceDirect contains the full texts of over 18 million articles in 1,750 active journals from over 100 countries. The Academy has access to scientific journals included in the national subscription of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Access to the database is provided at the Academy by national subscription of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A full-text database of 1,600 journals on physical, social and humanitarian sciences with a complete archive since 1997. Many Wiley publishing journals are indexed in the scientometric platforms Scopus and Web of Science.
