Requirements for applicants to study under the Master’s degree program Public Administration with one year of full-time study: -according to the state educational order, persons who are, at the time of filing documents, political servants, civil servants of the “A” corps and civil servants of the “B” corps (group of categories “A” – A-1, A-2, A-3), (group of categories “B” – B-1, B-2, B-3), (group of categories “C” – C-1, C-2, C-3), employees of interregional and regional divisions of central state bodies and their departments, divisions of central state bodies in cities of republican significance, the capital (C-O-1, C-O-2, C-O-3), (group of categories “D” – D-1, D-2, D-3), regional executive bodies, executive bodies of cities of republican significance, the capital, financed from the local budget (D-O-1, D-O-2), (group of categories “E” – E-1, E-2) and having at least two years of managerial experience; at the expense of other sources of financing not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, persons with at least two years of managerial experience at the time of submission of documents are allowed.
