Call for Trainers to Conduct Short-Term Retraining Courses and Professional Development Seminars

The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a call for trainers to deliver retraining courses and professional development seminars for civil servants in the 2025–2026 academic year.

 

Seminar topics for which trainers are being recruited:

  • Managerial decision-making
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Practical analytics
  • Design thinking and human-centered approaches
  • Debureaucratization and improving the quality of public services
  • Artificial intelligence in public administration
  • Change management
  • Regional sustainable development management
  • Working with the E-Ötiniş system and citizen appeals
  • Modern approaches to lawmaking and legal regulation
  • Strategic planning and forecasting
  • The lawmaking process
  • Leadership and managerial behavior
  • Digital hygiene in public service
  • Digital transformation in public service
  • Gender equality

 

Eligibility criteria:

  1. A degree of Candidate/Doctor of Sciences, PhD, Doctor by profile, or Master’s degree, as well as at least 3 years of relevant practical and/or training experience.
  2. Knowledge of the strategic and program documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan (assessed during the interview).
  3. Proficiency in the state and Russian languages (English is an advantage).
  4. Ability to use interactive teaching methods (assessed during the interview).
  5. Availability of practice-oriented cases in the field of public administration, with an understanding of the specifics of civil service work.
  6. Experience in scientific research in the field of public administration and civil service is desirable.
  7. Recommendation letters are welcomed.
