This year, civil servants, representatives of subordinate organizations funded from the state budget, members of the quasi-public sector, and maslikhat deputies can apply on a paid basis. This is a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.

Programs offered:
EMPA – Executive Master of Public Administration
MRD – Master in Regional Development
For the EMPA program, applicants must have at least two years of managerial experience.
For the MRD program, a minimum of two years of total work experience is required.
Program duration: 12 months, including 6 academic modules.
Learning format: hybrid (offline and online), with classes held in the evenings and on weekends.

List of Required Documents
1. Official nomination letter from a government agency (for civil servants applying under the state order).
2. Electronic copy of an identity document.
3. Scanned copy of a higher education diploma with transcript.
4. Certificate of proficiency in the state language : QAZAQ RESMI TEST (https://www.qrt.kz) or QAZTEST (http://kazakhtest.kz) confirming a level not lower than B1.
5. For civil servants – an employment record downloaded from the Unified Automated Personnel Database (information system of civil service personnel) or certified by the HR department at the place of work; for other applicants – a document confirming employment history.
6. Application form (signed with an electronic digital signature).
