Competency Assessment and Talent Management
Organizing competency assessments;
Conducting competency assessments for civil servants and other stakeholders;
Development of competency models for organizational staff;
Development and adaptation of competency assessment instruments and approaches;
Analysis of competency assessment results;
Providing advisory support in designing individual development plans for personnel of government bodies, institutions and organizations;
Organizing training programs for assessors and interviewers;
Participating in the development of methodologies for identifying, attracting, selecting, and retaining talented candidates for the civil service in collaboration with the authorized body;
Providing consulting services to HR departments of government agencies in developing talent management strategies, upon request;
Evaluation of the effectiveness of talent management strategies in government agencies and other organizations, upon request;
Participation in organizing motivational events for gifted school and university students as part of early career guidance, in collaboration with the authorized body;
Participation in the development of HR certification training programs for personnel management staff of government agencies and other stakeholders, in cooperation with relevant departments of the Academy.
