The Institute provides technical support services for testing procedures in the following areas:
Registration for testing of candidates entering administrative civil service and citizens entering law enforcement service for the first time is carried out through the electronic government portal www.egov.kz.
To register for testing, a candidate needs to:
1. Go to the egov.kz portal and select the «Employment and occupation» – «Civil service» section.
2. Select the service «Testing of civil servants, candidates for vacant administrative government positions and citizens entering law enforcement service for the first time».
Next, the candidate needs to:
- select the program category;
- select the date and time for testing;
- accept the conditions «I accept the conditions of legal responsibility»;
- complete registration by clicking the «Send» button.
If you passed the testing on knowledge of regulatory legal acts but did not pass the second stage of testing «Assessment of personal
qualities», you need to register only for the second stage. For registration, you need to go to www.egov.kz portal in the «Employment and occupation» – «Civil service» section and select the service «Registration for testing for assessment of personal qualities».
Testing is conducted on a paid basis, the cost is 5,500 tenge for 1 (one) testing attempt per 1 (one) candidate.
- Payment is made through a bank, or through Kaspi or Halyk applications;
- Registration of candidates is carried out by the Testing Hall Operator based on identity documents and payment receipts;
- Testing is conducted daily at 11:30 and 17:00 hours except weekends and holidays, in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan».

Testing is conducted daily at 11:30 and 17:00 hours, except weekends and holidays, in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan».
Testing of NAO «Government for Citizens» candidates is conducted on a paid basis. The cost is 3,600 tenge for 1 (one) testing attempt per 1 (one) candidate.
Payment can be made through a bank or via the Kaspi application. After payment, please come to the testing hall in your city with the payment receipt and your identity document. The testing operator will register you and begin the testing process
