Who is the program for?
This educational program is for civil servants with at least 5 years of experience in the civil service, including at least one year in senior political and administrative positions, and employees of the quasi-public and private sector with managerial experience.
The program is developed taking into account international best practices and is aimed at training highly qualified leaders with leadership competencies, analytical and strategic thinking, and effective communication and decision-making skills.
Training is provided through other sources of funding.
