The course will explore concepts such as results-oriented management, new public management, performance management system, principles and factors of effectivenress, evaluation indicators of public administration performance. After training, students should learn how to develop, analyze, and evaluate strategic state programs. Students also should explore analyzing and evaluating methods of the individual employee’s performance and the state body as a whole, and also effectively monitor and control the implementation of accepted decisions.

Academy accepting applications according to state bodies and individuals requests. The e-contract is concluded through a public procurement portal or in paper.
