Non-governmental organization "Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education" (IQAA) was established in 2008 and is the first Kazakhstan non-profit non-governmental organization in the field of quality assessment of educational organizations and educational programs.
IQAA is an organization acting and recognized not only at the national level, but also at the international level. The Agency works on the development of new ideas and forms for quality assurance in educational institutions, focused on results with a professional and creative team of employees.
European Association for Public Administration Accreditation
“promotes the quality of European academic level public administration programmes by developing appropriate accreditation standards for such programmes through its Accreditation Committee” Since 1999 the European Association for Public Administration Accreditation (EAPAA) has helped European public administration programmes to improve and assure their quality through accreditation. EAPAA is the only quality assurance authority in Public Administration which is active throughout Europe. It has by now accredited more than 70 programmes across the continent, including most leading institutes in the field.
2017 - Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and New York University signed a Memorandum on professional development of civil servants. The purpose of cooperation is based on joint research in the field of public administration, public policy and public service, international relations, project management, and anti-corruption and in the organization of joint activities.
8.06.2022 - Академия государственного управления при Президенте РК и Офис по управлению человеческими ресурсами при Президенте Турецкой Республики подписали Меморандум о сотрудничестве. Главными направления сотрудничества — это обмен печатными и наглядными материалами по обучению персонала, повышению квалификации, оценке персонала и обмен знаниями и опытом в области подготовки кадров, повышения квалификации, оценки персонала.
8.06.2022 - The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Human Resources Management Office under the President of the Republic of Turkey signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The main areas of cooperation are the exchange of printed and visual materials on personnel training, professional development, personnel assessment and exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of personnel training, professional development, personnel assessment.
23.06.2022 г. - Академия государственного управления при Президенте РК и Университет прикладных наук Сейняйоки подписали Меморандум о развитии сотрудничества в области подготовки специалистов.
Стороны будут поощряют развитие сотрудничества в области научных исследований: разработку и участие в совместных научно-исследовательских проектах, организацию и проведение совместных научных мероприятий (форумов, симпозиумов, конференций, совещаний экспертов).
23.06.2022 - The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences signed a Memorandum on the development of cooperation in the field of training specialists.
The parties will encourage the development of cooperation in the field of scientific research: development and participation in joint research projects, organization and conduct of joint scientific events (forums, symposiums, conferences, expert meetings).
25.04.2022г - Академия государственного управления при Президенте РК и Школа Максвелла Сиракузского университета по связям с гражданами и общественностью подписали Меморандум о развитии совместных проектов и мероприятии, направленные на повышение квалификации казахстанских государственных служащих и в дальнейшие исследования в области государственного управления, государственной службы, государственной политики, международных отношений, управления проектами и противодействия коррупции.
25.04.2022 - The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University signed a Memorandum on the development of joint projects and activities aimed at improving the qualifications of Kazakhstani civil servants and further research in the field of public administration, public service, public policy, international relations, project management and anti-corruption.
