National Project to Strengthen Human Capital, the Concept of Migration Policy until
                  2027, the State Program for the Development of Regions, as well as the Strategy
                  "Kazakhstan-2050". The developed proposals are aimed at improving the
                  effectiveness of internal migration policy, reducing inter-regional imbalances, and

                  creating sustainable incentives for the socio-economic development of the country.
                        Theoretical significance of the research
                        The theoretical significance of the research lies in the development of scientific
                  ideas about the essence and mechanisms of regulating internal migration through
                  economic instruments. The paper clarifies the concept of "economic instruments for
                  regulating internal migration" and reveals their role as a system of incentives and
                  disincentives influencing household behavior and the redistribution of labor
                  resources between regions. The scientific results complement and develop the
                  provisions of the theory of regional economics, labor economics, and social policy,
                  substantiate the need to integrate fiscal, financial, credit, and pricing mechanisms
                  into the process of forming migration policy. The author's classification of economic
                  instruments and the proposed model of their application expand the conceptual and
                  categorical apparatus and create the basis for further research in the field of spatial
                  development and socio-economic regulation of migration processes.
                        The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the theoretical
                  provisions and practical recommendations can be applied in the activities of public
                  authorities and local governments, in particular when:
                        ‒ determining the directions of development and improvement of economic

                  instruments for regulating internal migration and forming a system of economic
                  incentives and disincentives;
                        ‒ developing short- and long-term programs of state regulation and regional
                  policy in the field of migration management;
                        ‒ assessing the effectiveness of existing economic impact measures on internal
                  migration;
                        ‒ training and retraining specialists in the field of state and regional
                  management, employment, and migration policy;
                        ‒ designing state educational standards and curricula in the fields of Economics
                  and Public and Local Government.
                        Approbation of the research results and description of the doctoral
                  student's contribution
                        The main provisions and conclusions of the dissertation are reflected in the
                  author's scientific publications, including journals recommended by the Committee
                  for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the MSHE of the
                  Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in international peer-reviewed journals. In total,
                  five scientific articles have been prepared and published in Kazakhstani and foreign
                  journals: two in journals indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases (75th
                  and 66th percentiles), and three in journals recommended by CQASHE of the MSHE
