The results and conclusions of the research conducted within the framework of
this dissertation have been tested through a number of analytical materials and reports
presented at scientific and practical conferences in the field of public administration.
The data obtained were sent to the Astana City Akimat for further implementation into
the practice of public administration bodies.

Approbation of the research results and description of the doctoral student's
contribution to the preparation of each publication.

The dissertation is considered an independent scientific work of the applicant. All
the results directly achieved by the applicant were published in printed materials. The
dissertation reflects the scientific ideas of the applicant, including those presented in
joint author's works.

The main provisions of the dissertation are presented in 7 publications of the
author, published in Kazakhstani and foreign publications.
