servants' performance". The speakers of the webinar were: E. Kardava - Head of the
Bureau of the Civil Service of Georgia, G. Beselia - Head of the Department of
Human Resources Management of the Bureau. The webinar was attended by 2nd year
doctoral students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the
Republic of Kazakhstan. During the event, the speakers made presentations and
answered questions from the participants.
As part of his dissertation research the author has published 6 articles,

including in the international scientific journal included in the database of Scopus, 3
articles in the journals recommended by the Committee on Quality Assurance in
Education and Science under the Ministry of Education and Science, 2 articles in the
collections of international scientific conferences.
The structure and scope of the dissertation. The dissertation consists of a
table of contents, a list of normative references, a list of references and abbreviations,
an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. The list of
references consists of 158 references. The dissertation is illustrated with 20 figures
and 22 tables; it contains 4 appendices.
