The branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Shymkent city is looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position of office manager of the Administrative Department.
You will carry out the methodological management of the branch office work, receive and register correspondence, send it to structural units, monitor the execution of documents on time, regularly inform the head of the organization of the results of the execution of documents, ensure the confidentiality and safety of the documentation of the branch, facilitate the expeditious consideration of requests and proposals of branch employees and other duties within your official duties.
For a successful short listing, you need to have the following:
– Secondary technical and professional (secondary special, secondary professional) education in the relevant specialty (qualifications) a letter of recommendation from a previous job, Kazakhstan certificates of advanced training and / or participation in training programs (preferably);
