President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan dated 09/01/20 “KAZAKHSTAN IN A NEW REALITY: TIME FOR ACTION”, said: “Reforms in the field of public administration should be carried out systematically. We begin with changing the approaches to public administration, personnel policy, decision-making system and responsibility for their implementation.”

Along with this, according to the Concept for the Development of Public Administration in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030, an assessment center method will be introduced to assess the competencies of candidates for certain political positions.

The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan offers you services for the implementation of a comprehensive system for assessing the competencies of personnel based on the Assessment Center method.

  1. Development of the Competence Model of employees of the organization;
  2. Analysis of assessed competencies;
  3. Development of exercises for the assessment center;
  4. Conducting an assessment center;
  5. Analysis of the profile of demonstrated competencies (in the context of job levels / structural units …);
  6. Expert feedback to each participant.
